At Seagate Rehabilitation & Nursing Center located in Brooklyn, New York, we are dedicated in providing the utmost in rehabilitative and skilled nursing care. Our talented team is comprised of medical doctors, specialists, nurses, rehabilitation and recreational therapists as well as social workers who aim to provide the highest level of care for our residents.
