Casual units run from studios to 2-bedroom condos and come in more than 20 styles, ranging from no-frills to chic. All feature an island-inspired decor and full kitchens; some include WiFi.

A guest-only oceanfront lounge offers private access to the water. Most guests get either off-street parking or a reserved space. Shared laundry facilities are offered in the basement for a fee. A 5-night minimum stay is required.
